Common questions
When should I order personalised Christmas gifts?
As early as you can. Most orders are made within 2 weeks, but December is our busiest month, so we recommend ordering by late November to be safe.
Can you engrave a different name on each gift?
Yes. Each product has its own personalisation field, so every gift can carry a different name or message.
Do you deliver across New Zealand?
Yes. Once your order is engraved and finished, it's sent by tracked NZ Post.
